ASOG (The Art Society of Old Greenwich) Connecticut, founded in 1927, is a non-profit organization committed to art as an integral part of a thriving community. We are constantly working to support our members, their art and the community, through exhibits, instructional programs, student scholarships and special events. All artists and patrons of the arts are encouraged and welcome to become members.
ASOG is a welcoming, inclusive, supportive atmosphere for pros and novices.

Spring is a time of “renewal”... flowers begin to blossom, days lengthen, tender green leaves begin to appear, birds once again sing their songs, and we collectively hope for brighter days ahead.
Feel free to interpret this show’s theme, through your own unique artistic vision.

Judge: Robert Burns, Museum Director of the Mattatuck Museum
Robert Burns is the Director of the celebrated Mattatuck Museum. According to Litchfield Magazine “Robert Burns has transformed the Mattatuck Museum into one of the region’s most vital art institutions, where local artists are nurtured and celebrated.” Mr. Burns has a rich career involving the arts in CT, NY & PA, and has been identified as one of the “50 Most Influential People in Litchfield County.”
